The Scroll of Honor represents drivers who have performed consistent exemplary service.
The Customer Service Award is based on customer input. On a scale from one to five, Bean drivers earned a rating of 4.5. Other qualifications include participation for one year, an acceptable cargo claim record, compliance with Atlas safety requirements and no poor reports of unsatisfactory personal and equipment appearance via regular spot checks.
